Enjoy our fourth of July celebrations!
Grilling out, playing corn hole toss and, of course, watching fireworks under the moon with several thousand of our closest friends!;)
LINKY:
It looks like you had a wonderful 4th of July. It's difficult photographing fireworks. You did a great job! My favorite one is the first one with the kids on top of the suburban. It adds interest. Blessings, Tina
ReplyDeleteThanks Tina! I shot the pictures at ISO 6400. They were hand-held so not quite as clear as they could have been. But it was fun because a local radio station had patriotic music playing so we, and quite few others, had our windows rolled down and the music blaring!
DeleteI struggle to get good fireworks photos and we don't have enough opportunities to take them here in Perth. The big ones are for Australia Day in January.
ReplyDeleteWell, after reading all the comments here, I'll do a post on how to take firework/nighttime shots. :) I'll have you ready for Australia Day Raychel!
DeleteGreat pics - I could almost hear the bangs! We have our fireworks every November 5th and photographing them can be quite a challenge. You did good!
ReplyDeleteThanks Keith! Happy to share them with everyone!
DeleteI think you done well with the photos they are very clear for firework ones, it looked like a brilliant display ;-) ;-)
ReplyDeletehave a sparklingtastic week ;-)
I will have a sparklingtastic week! As soon as the soreness and tenderness from my root canal lighten up! :)

Happy 4th and as always you have awesome photos! I want to know how to do this. We usually have fireworks as I live near the beach but cant properly capture them. #WW
ReplyDeleteHi Merlinda. I'm going to do a post on how to take firework shots, probably next week, so hopefully, you'll be able to get good shots soon! :)

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing #WW
Sitting on top of the Suburbans with music playing was fun! And we weren't in the worst of the traffic. So it was good all around!
DeleteYou're welcome. :)
Thank you, Mary, for adding my button and for sharing your images at acts17verse28.blogspot.com/!
