Welcome Back for Wordless Wednesday!
Photo credit goes to my husband! (He did use my camera, through the windows!) :)
This Barred Owl decided to come check out our back deck.
(Yes, those are the Christmas lights still ready for use....)
Oh, and my dear daughter named him FREDERICK.

ReplyDeleteI heard a barred owl in our yard for the first time last night, but couldn't see him. Fascinating creatures.
Was this one wild?
Absolutely wild....just decided to be friendly I suppose! Isn't he gorgeous?
DeleteAwesome shots! Why doesn't anything that cool ever land in my yard?
ReplyDeleteWe had a hawk land on our swing once. We live in an old neighborhood. I think these birds were her before us! Maybe you'll get lucky one day and see something special!
DeleteThanks for dropping by!
I love the way they move their heads. He got some great captures.
ReplyDeleteI know! I love the backward shot! But looking at my hubby was cool too!
