Wordless Wednesday - The Most Beautiful Woman in the World to Me

Happy Mother's Day to you mothers.

My sister did this pastel of my mom after she passed away. This is how I remember my mom.

Beautiful and smiling.
She loved us with an unconditional love.
And pointed us to God.

I miss her dearly.
But I love her as much today as I ever have.
She was amazing.

  14. Wow! Both you and your sister are talented. I've seen a lot of good artists who can't do faces very well, even though they still do them and I cringe. This is not one of those. Great work and a wonderful memory/keepsake. Irises are one of my favorite flowers. We kept rhododendrons and azaleas in Virginia (my mom and dad) and they did really well. Loved them! Azaleas do well in South Africa too and we have one planted here. Blessings, Tina
