So I know it's coming. And she died on my father-in-law's birthday...May 1st. Ugh.

I'm taking one day at a time. And I will pray for you. For God to "smile" on you tomorrow.

Here's a (((((((((((((HUG))))))))))))))Dee Dee https://www.blogger.com/profile/12568993522822927873noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-231650879217530051.post-82881917909318047912013-07-29T22:18:10.024-04:002013-07-29T22:18:10.024-04:00What a beautiful post! I, too, know the pain of loss and how it is hard to move forward when you just want to grieve. Tomorrow will be my step mothers birthday. She passed unexpectedly last year, and it's still difficult to handle. But I know she is with my dad, and that brings a smile to my face. That had to be a tough loss.

I'm realizing I will always miss my mom. I will miss my father-in-law too. That will never go away. But time will help in the ability to handle it.

And God does give the strength to go on. You're a great example of that! :)

Thanks for stopping by Judy. I am learning how to focus on the good times and also remember that my loved ones would want me to be happy. It is not the easiest of journeys but with God's help we can cope. Take care and God Bless.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07742935336463111471noreply@blogger.com
